ELEVATOR RENOVATIONS 36C25621R0165 PRE-SOLICITATION The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, demolition, supervision, and expertise necessary to complete elevator renovations at building 65. The location of this project will be held at the Eugene Towbin Veterans Hospital at 2200 Fort Roots Drive, North Little Rock, AR 722114. The specifications will be made available as an attachment once the solicitation is released in Contract Opportunities (beta.sam.gov) at no charge. The dollar magnitude for this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The NAICS Code for this project will be 236220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $39.5M.
