REPLACE HIGH VOLTAGE FEED 36C25621R0124 PRE-SOLICITATION The contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, labor, equipment, assemblies, temporary power, infection control protocols, transportation, supplies, and taxes as necessary to replace high voltage feed. The location of this project will be held at the Eugene Towbin Veterans Hospital at 2200 Fort Roots Drive, North Little Rock, AR 722114. This project is to remove VA owned overhead transmission line and install underground concrete-encased duck bank between MH-30 and the transformer that supports the VA water pumping station building number 1154. The site where work will be performed is a critical care hospital; therefore, the contractor shall ensure that interruption of electrical power is limited to the absolute minimum necessary to complete the work. The contractor shall diligently pursue the installation once started, to minimize the impact of facility operations. The specifications will be made available as an attachment once the solicitation is released in Contract Opportunities (beta.sam.gov) at no charge. The dollar magnitude for this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The NAICS Code for this project will be 236220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $39.5M.
