Upon acceptance of a VA patient by the CNH, if and when requested by the VA Contracting Officer or authorized representative, the Contractor shall furnish all supplies and services herein described, at the per diem rates for the ”Levels of Care” specified in the Summary of Schedules of Items included in this IDC. Pre-Solicitation Notice Community Nursing Home SOP Page 1 of 1 Original Date: 05/02/2016 Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 16), New Orleans, LA intends to solicit proposals from contractors in the NCO 16 area which includes the State of Louisiana to provide community nursing home services at contractor s facilities under Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDCs). The VA anticipates issuing an open and continuous solicitation for this requirement on or about May 15, 2021. Proposals will be accepted for a one-year period commencing with the issuance date of the solicitation. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the proposal submission process. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the FBO website (https://www.fbo.gov) so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments.
