Towbin Healthcare Center located in North Little Rock, Arkansas, and the John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital, located in Little Rock, Arkansas has a requirement for inspection and preventive maintenance services for emergency backup generators. These facilities do not currently have a service contract in place and must ensure operational continuity is maintained during power outages. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform preventive maintenance services in complete and strict accordance with the resultant contract. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents on or about September 20, 2021, which will contain the specific instructions and requirements. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 238210, with a small business size standard of $16,500,000.00.
