No proposals are being requested or accepted with this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. This notice shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Responses are not considered a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, Biloxi, MS is interested in identifying sources to provide Nephrologists/physicians to render acute dialysis services to the Veterans that qualify as beneficiaries of the VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System. Services will be performed at the VA Biloxi facility. Dialysis physicians/Nephrologists shall have current license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and are required to be credentialed and privileged by the VA. Offeror s response to this Notice shall be limited to 10 pages and shall include the following information: Offeror s company name, DUNS, address, point of contact, title, phone number, and email address Offeror s interest in bidding on the solicitation when it is issued Offeror s capability to meet this requirement (may include resumes detailing qualifications and experience) including any current contracts (Civilian or Government) and how many years providing these services. Offeror s type of business (small or large) and socioeconomic status whether Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Veteran-Owned, Hubzone, 8(a), Woman Owned, Small Disadvantaged, etc The NAICS code is 621492, Kidney Dialysis Centers (size standard of $38.5 million).
