Debakey Veteran Affairs Medical Center (MEDVAMC), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract on a competitive basis for ten-(10) Medcare Car Extractors, Model Number 45000, brand name or equal. This RFI is to seek contractors with the capability to furnish all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision to provide the Car Extractors to Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS), Nursing Service, 2400 Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70119. All Deliverables shall be delivered, install, and training VA staff, preferably within 30-45 days after award as free on board (FOB) destination. This Request Information (RFI) will be used to determine if a set-aside for any small business program is appropriate.
