Sources Sought The Central Arkansas Veterans Affairs Medical Center has a requirement for Quantitative Fit Testers. The devices will need to be delivered to the Central Arkansas Medical Center at: CAVHS Safety Office C/O Grant Inneo 1 Circle Drive North Little Rock, AR 72114 The VA anticipates the following will be applicable: Product or Service Code: 9999 NAICS Code: 334513 Size Standard for NAICS: 500 EMP Total Contract Value: Under SAT Description of Supplies: The VA seeks to procure quantitative fit testers. The equipment must meet applicable American National Standard Institute and Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards (29 CFR 1910.134 Appendix A). In addition to meeting all applicable health and safety standards, the VA would like quantitative fit testers with the following qualities: Built-in touch screen interface to allow for use without connection to a computer. Dedicated printer attached or capable of being easily attached to the testing unit. Preferred delivery is 45 days ARO. Interested offerors should confirm the availability of the characteristics by submitting a specification sheet for the product. Interested offerors should also submit data regarding their size standard designation. Based on the responses received, the VA will determine what, if any, set-aside should be used for a solicitation. All responses should be submitted by August 6, 2021 electronically to luke.miles@va.gov Firms that do not respond to this sources sought may still be eligible to submit quotations, but failure to respond may affect the set-aside determination.
