This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 published in Federal Register on June 10, 2021. SCOPE OVERVIEW: Contractor shall furnish including but not limited to all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision to provide the Alexandria VA Medical Center, 2495 Shreveport Hwy, Pineville, Louisiana 71360 with eye lane equipment for expansion of the eye clinic name brand or equal.
