The quarterly purge amount was updated on the draft Performance Work Statement. The warehouse has a storage area for contractor use which fits between fifteen to twenty 96-gallon totters. Please review the updated Request for Information and Draft Performance Work Statement. This Request for Information is to seek contractors with the capability to provide all labor, personnel, equipment, supplies, secured vehicles, materials, supervision and other related services necessary to provide on-site commercial document destruction services for the Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center and affiliated Community Based Out Patient Clinics in Beaumont, Conroe, Galveston, Katy, Lake Jackson, Lufkin, Richmond, Texas City, Tomball, Sugarland, Houston and Humble. All responses are due by July 19, 2021 at 3:00pm Central Standard Time. Please review the attached Request for Information and draft Performance Work Statement.
