The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 16, 2002 Holcomb Blvd, Houston, TX 77030, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract on a competitive basis with a licensed contractor for LuxOR Ophthalmic Microscope equipment (Manufacturer: Alcon) for expansion of the eye clinic name brand or equal. The contractor shall furnish including but not limited to all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision to provide the Alexandria VA Medical Center, 2495 Shreveport Hwy, Pineville, Louisiana 71360. The equipment, all its accessories, and supplies that come with the equipment shall be brand new. All work shall be done in a first-class manner. The equipment, all necessary services related to removal, unit usage, setup, configuration, calibration, installation, and training services are hereinafter collectively referred as “Deliverables”. All Deliverables shall be delivered based on an agreed schedule of work after award, preferably within 60 days and as free on board (FOB) destination. Reference attachment for full details.
