This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is being issued. The solicitation number 36C25621Q1281 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-03 effective January 14, 2021. The NAICS code is 811219 and the size standard is $22 million. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and will be firm-fixed-price. The closing date for this notice is 12:00 PM CDT July 6, 2021. The requirement is for the following: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform work associated with the installation of two Ceiling Mounted Patient lefts located at the Joint Ambulatory Care Clinic (JACC), Pensacola, Florida 32507. Procurement shall be provided, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, as needed. (See Scope of Work for detailed information listed in RFQ.) Contractor to provide services in accordance with terms and conditions of the contract for the date of award and upon completion and inspection by the Government. To be eligible for award of a contract, vendor must be actively registered in the SAM database (https://www.beta.sam.gov).
