2 Page 2 of 2 The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System (GCVHCS), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, Biloxi, MS, is issuing a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice in conjunction with procedures in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is being issued. The solicitation number 36C25621Q1236 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-03 effective January 14, 2021. The NAICS code is 334516 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. This requirement is for open and unrestricted businesses and will be firm-fixed-price. The closing date for this notice is 12:00 PM CDT June 28, 2021. The requirement is for the following: The contractor shall provide one QuantStudio 6 Real-Time Quantitation System, to included related accessories, for the Eugene Towbin VA Medical Center, 2200 Fort Roots Drive, North Little Rock, AR 72114. Procurement shall be provided, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, as needed. Contractor to provide supplies in accordance with terms and conditions of the contract for the date of award and upon completion and inspection by the Government. To be eligible for award of a contract, vendor must be actively registered in the SAM database (https://www.beta.sam.gov). Vendor is also required to complete representations and certifications found in the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR INQUIRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. Submissions must be received by 12:00 PM CDT on June 28, 2021. All responsible offerors are invited to submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
