See attached (DRAFT) SOW below. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 333244 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. Your response must address capabilities specific to requirements listed in the attached (DRAFT) SOW. Generic capability statements will not be accepted or reviewed. There is a page limitation for this RFI of 10 pages. The Government will not review any other information or attachments included, that are in excess of the 10-page limit. (Draft) Statement of Work 30 Ecol-Solvent Signage Printer/Cutter Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System North Little Rock, AR 1. PURPOSE 1.1 The overall purpose is to deliver, install, and provide training on the new 30 Ecol-Solvent Printer/Cutter. Delivery to Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System, 2200 Fort Roots Drive, Bldg 182, North Little Rock, AR 72114. 2. SCOPE 2.1 The Contractor shall provide, transport, install, and test all listed equipment. All products must meet salient characteristics defined in this SOW. 2.2 All equipment and installation must meet manufacturers and VA specifications. 2.3 The Contractor shall furnish all supplies, equipment, facilities and services required for delivery and installation of the supplies and equipment. 2.4 The Contractor is responsible for any missing parts and components not included in order to carry out the installation. 3. SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS 3.1 30 Eoc-Solvent (Environmentally Friendly Inks) Printer/Cutter Suggested Manufacturer Brand Name: Roland TrueVIS SG2 Printer/Cutter and Roland TrueVIS2 ink cartridges or EQUIVALENT, as listed below: Specifications/Salient Characteristics: Must be capable of printing and cutting all major brands of media. Must be use ECO-SOLVENT inks. Must be capable of 1200dpi. As for power, must be limited to 110V. Must operate cleanly. Must be capable of creating multiple items at one time. Must be ethernet ready. Must utilize Versaworks version 6.x RIP software or equivalent. Technologies or technical standards that are NOT listed on the TRM are considered unapproved for use. Must be capable of software expansions to meet future needs.
