The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, in Fayetteville, AR is seeking potential sources capable of providing services for sharpening, repair, testing, inspection, and assessment for replacement of surgical instruments used in the operating rooms and in clinical procedures located at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Alexandria VA Health Care System, 2495 Shreveport Highway, Pineville, La. 71360. The proposed NAICS code for this requirement is 811219, with a small business size standard of $22.0 Mil. The attached Statement of Work (DRAFT) provides details of the services to be provided.
