The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, in Fayetteville, AR is seeking potential sources capable of providing a videoconference system for the Veterans Healthcare System facilities located in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The proposed NAICS code for this requirement is 622110, with a small business size standard of $41.5 Million. The attached Performance Work Statement provides details of the work to be performed, the standards to be met, and the regulatory guidance to be complied with. Background: 1.1 The Veteran Healthcare System of the Ozark s (VHSO) Telehealth Service requires 2 each videoconferencing education carts for use at the Clinical Based Outpatient Clinic activation. The need for the required equipment was identified by the VHSO s Telehealth Coordinator. 2. Scope: 2.1 The Contractor will furnish all labor, transportation, and expertise necessary to provide the VHSO with 2 each videoconferencing education carts and associated support. 3. Salient Characteristics: 3.1 Must include a mobile cart for plasma/lcd/led videoconferencing. 3.2 Must include a 55 inch 4K UHD LED LCD display that doesn t include WI-FI. 3.3 Must include a UPG 6 inch heavy duty caster and 2 locking 5 inch casters. 3.4 Must come with a Room Kit Plus P60 - Codec Plus, P60 cam, and Touch 10. 3.5 Must include 9RU capability. 3.6 Must include one interior shelf, one adjustable videoconferencing camera shelf, one universal display mount, 2 lockable rear access doors, and one tempered & tinted locking glass door. 3.7 Must include 2 single gang knockouts. 3.8 Must be equipped with handles for ease of movement. 3.9 Must come with a six port surge protector. 3.10 Must possess cable management features. 3.11 Must be 100% solid steel construction. 3.12 Must come with a Cisco Table microphone with jack plug. 3.13 Must include CAB 3m Grey HDMI 2.0 and CAB 3 m/10 ft Grey ethernet. 3.14 Must come with US Based 24 hour / 7 days a week Client Service Center phone support, 8 hour / Monday thru Friday next business day replacement of failed hardware, software updates, and upgrades for the Room Kit P60, Codec Plus, P60 Camera, and Cisco Table Microphone. 4. Delivery Schedule: 4.1 The requested equipment is required by 6/30/2021. 4.2 The Contractor will ensure all deliverables are delivered to the following address and reference the VA s purchase order number as an Attn: line in the shipping address: Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozarks, Attn: Purchase Order #, Warehouse Building 8, 1100 N. College Avenue, Fayetteville, AR 72703. 5. Contractor Requirements: 5.1 The Contractor shall not perform any service or provide any item that is outside the scope of work without the written approval of the Contracting Officer. 5.2 Should the Contractor have to come to the VHSO for any reason other than delivery, the Contractor shall be required to log in with VA Police Dispatch (Building 1, first floor) upon arrival to obtain a contractor badge. The Contractor will always visibly wear the badge while on VHSO premises and will be required to turn in the badge before leaving VHSO premises.
