This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Â Solicitation number 36C25621Q0730 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-06. The Overton Brooks VA Medical Center is seeking a contractor to provide Mail Presorting Services as specified in the Statement of Work. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work. The Statement of Work contained within this solicitation is a non-negotiable document. Offers/quotes shall not include edits, revisions, additions, deletions, alterations, or track change comments to the Statement of Work. The associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS Code) for this requirement is 561400 All Other Business Support Services. The associated size standard is $16.5 million. This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Businesses (100% Total SB set aside). When preparing offers in response to this solicitation offerors shall refer to FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items) and Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items). These sections contain specific instructions, guidance, format, and exact requirements for what constitutes a complete and responsive offer/quote. As specified in these sections an incomplete and/or non-responsive offer shall not be considered for a contract award by the contracting officer.
