This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. The purpose of this announcement is to perform market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 623110, Nursing Care Facilities, with a size standard of $30 Million. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions and are not considered adequate responses to a potential future solicitation announcement. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16 is seeking sources that can perform the following: Government is seeking contractors to provide Community Nursing Home (CNH) services for Veterans requiring long-term ventilator care as an all-inclusive per diem rate in Houston and surrounding counties listed below: Brazoria County Fort Bend County Galveston County Harris County Montgomery County Responsible sources are encouraged to submit a response to this notice with a statement of interest on a company letterhead. At a minimum, the following information shall be provided: 1. Company Name 2. Company Mailing Address 3. Point(s) of Contact including telephone number(s) & email address(es) 4. Socio-Economic (i.e. Small/Large Business, HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, 8(a), etc.) as it relates to NAICS Code 623110 Nursing Care Facilities (Skilled Nursing Facilities) ($27.5 Million). 5. Provide a summary of the type of services that your CNH facility provides. 6. Company DUNS number and confirmation that company is registered in System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov. 7. Additional information and/or comments. It is the intent of the Government to issue a competitive, single award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type solicitation after all market research has been completed.
