Request for Quote: 36C25621Q0493 1.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement will be evaluated under the lowest price technically acceptable evaluation methodology. 2. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 36C25621Q0493. It is issued as a Request for Quote. The Government anticipates awarding one firm-fixed price requirements contract resulting from this solicitation. 3. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-04 (eff. 01/19/21), VAAR Update 2008-27 (eff. 12/23/20) 4. This requirement is a total service-disabled veteran owned small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System number is 812930 with a size standard of $41.5M 5. Place of Performance: 2002 Holcombe BLVD, Houston, TX 77030 6. Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be a base period of 12 months with four (4), additional 12-month option periods to be exercised at the Government s discretion 9.
