PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs Overton Brooks VA Medical Center, Shreveport, Louisiana, has a need for personnel to provide services necessary to perform on-site Pulmonary Physician Services to eligible beneficiaries, in accordance with all terms, conditions, provision and the schedule of the solicitation. The Contractor shall provide two (2) board certified/board eligible in Pulmonary/Critical Care (CC) Locum Tenens physicians to be submitted and credentialed to ensure operational hours and workload is covered by 2 key personnel and be available for scheduling to meet the requirements of the contract (4032 Hrs). Projected period of performance will be 1 April 2021 31 March 2022. This acquisition is being procured as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses set aside for FSS GSA Schedule Holders, applicable NAICS code 621111 Pulmonology Services, size standard $12M. If no proposals are received from GSA Schedule Holders the solicitation will be posted open market SDVOSB Set-Aside. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ON GSA E-Buy. Solicitation to be available on or about 10 February 2021 with proposals due approximately 21 days from the issue date, 3:00 pm central time. All questions FOLLOWING issuance of solicitation to be submitted via email within fourteen (10) calendar days after issuance to thomas.kovarovic@va.gov, using 36C25621Q0438 in the subject line (no telephone requests will be responded to).
