This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 16- is conducting a market research survey to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing software, licenses, technical support, maintenance and training for a software system at a fixed price for a period of performance of a base plus 4 option years at facilities (8) of the South Central VA Healthcare Network. See attached Statement of Work. RESPONSES MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Company Name, Address, Size Standard, DUNS #, Cage Code Point of Contact name, phone number, and email address NAICS Code 511210 and Small Business Size Standard $41.5M Authorized distributorship letter from the manufacturer (If applicable) *NOTE Acquisitions will only be set aside for SDVOSBs/VOSBs if two or more responses are received with the required information listed above, by the due date specified below. Responses are due to Shannon L. West at Shannon.west1@va.gov by 10:00AM (CST) on Friday, February 5, 2021. No submissions will be accepted after this date and time. This is a Sources Sought Notice and submissions will be used for informational and planning purposes only. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.
