The Department of Veterans Affairs Alexandria VA Medical Center (AVAMC) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16 intends to issue and award a Sole Source single award Firm-Fixed Price type contract with a performance period of 1 (one) month to Zyris Inc. 6868A Cortana Drive, Santa Barbara, CA 93117 to provide Isolite 3 Systems and disposables to the Alexandria VA Medical Center (AVAMC), Lake Charles, LA CBOC, and Lafayette, LA CBOC. It has been determined that through initial Market Research, only one responsible source can provide the systems and disposables required for use with Isolite 3 via the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements”. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES/PROPOSALS AND NO SOLICIATION IS AVAILABLE. Telephone requests will not be honored. No award will be made based on quotes or offers received in response to this notice. All responsible sources may identify their interest to meet this requirement to Shannon L. West, by 11:00 am (CST), Monday, January 25, 2021. Additionally, any response to this notice must show clear, compelling and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the government by providing the following: 1.
