The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make the appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classifications in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 811219. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 16 is seeking a source to perform Preventative Maintenance Services on an Illumina MiSeq Dx next generation sequencer located in Little Rock AR. The services must be performed by Illimina certified technicians and only OEM new parts are authorized for use. The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, materials, supervision and transportation required as well as rental equipment in the event equipment must be removed for repair. Contractor will perform all services in accordance with all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations.
