The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System located at 400 Veterans Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39531 and the Joint Ambulatory Care Center (JACC) located at 790 Veterans Way, Pensacola, FL 32507 is seeking a contractor that can provide Elevator Inspection Services for the facility. Services consist of (but are not limited to) Semi-Annual & Annual Inspections and a five-year safety (load) test on approximately 40 different elevators at the Biloxi facility and 4 different elevators at the Pensacola facility. Services must be performed in accordance with American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) guidelines and those personnel performing services must possess QE-1 Certification. The expected period of performance is a base year and four (4) twelve (12) month option years.
