The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, in Fayetteville, AR is seeking potential sources capable of providing preventive maintenance & repair service to 2 Trophon EPR Unit High Level Disinfection Systems (E8350NA) for the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) located in Little Rock and North Little Rock, Arkansas. The proposed NAICS code for this requirement is 811219, with a small business size standard of $22.0 Million. The attached Statement of Work (DRAFT) outlines the work to be performed. In accordance with the Veterans Health Administration Procurement Manual, any solicitation for these services will include the following language from VA Acquisition Regulation clause 852.212-72 Gray Market and Counterfeit Items: Per Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 852.212-72(c) Vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM. Please submit above reference letter with your response to this announcement. The attached Statement of Work (DRAFT) provides details of the services to be provided.
