Houston... The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) Houston, Logistics Management Supply Chain located at 2002 Holcombe Boulevard. Houston Texas 77030 is nearing the end of its current mailing systems leasing contract. Houston VA becomes the ownership at lease end and is requesting annual preventive maintenance on equipment and software including replacement parts, supporting remotely of current mailing systems equipment (and all accessories/auxiliary parts) as necessary. The contractor is to schedule preventative maintenance services, unscheduled repairs, provide the use of loaner equipment, software support, and training of VA personnel on equipment listed below. Replacement of parts to keep the machines in working order are included, cost of travel, parts, and technician fees will be included in the contract. The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to provide semi -annual two preventive maintenance and software support on site for Mailing Systems located at Houston MEDVAMC and Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC'S). Services will be provided for the system listed in the schedule. The anticipated contract will be for 5 years (Base + 4 Option Periods). Interested contractors shall provide: 1) Pricing (See attachment) 2) Capability Statement 3) Past Performance Information, same/similar services 4) Letter stating they are certified and training to perform PM services on Pitney Bowes systems.
