SERVICES: All offers must be submitted shall provide all necessary labor, management, personnel, equipment including secured vehicles, supplies and materials, transportation, applicable licenses, permits, and supervision, and all other related services necessary to provide on-site commercial Municipal Solid Waste (trash) Removal services and Recycling for the Central Arkansas Veterans Health Care System located at 4300West 7th Street, Little Rock AR 72205 AND 2200 Fort Roots Drive, North Little Rock, AR 72114, campuses to encompass its divisions and offsite facilities located in North Little Rock and Central Little Rock, Arkansas. Anticipated contract to be Base 12-month performance period with four (4) one-year options to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The NAICS code to be utilized for this acquisition will be 562111 Other Waste Collection and the small business size standard applicable is $41.5 mil Interested capable sources to provide: 1) Company name, address, point of contact, phone number, e-mail address, and DUNS number. 2) SAM registration and/or ORCA as evidence of size status; SDVOSB Certification. 3) Brief capability statement (no more than 5 pages) with enough information to clearly demonstrate the capability to provide the full range of required services, and information on past performance providing relevant services.
