The Contractor shall propose a minimum of 3 to be submitted and credentialed to ensure operational hours and workload is covered by 2 key personnel to be credentialed and be available for scheduling to meet the requirements of the contract. This acquisition is being procured as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses set aside, applicable NAICS code 621111 (Office of Physicians except mental health specialist) Pulmonology Services, size standard $12M. Solicitation to be available on or about 10 June 2020 with proposals due approximately 30 days from the issue date, 3:30 pm central time.
