Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, demolition, supervision and expertise necessary to perform work for the renovation of the Sterile Processing Service area., The location of this project is at the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center located at 1500 East Woodrow Wilson Avenue, Jackson, MS 39216. The project will include: (1) general construction, fire protection, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical work, selective removal of existing construction and certain other items in accordance with plans and specifications for the project. These specifications and drawings will be available as attachments once the solicitation is released in contract opportunities (Government wide point of entry) at no charge. The dollar magnitude is between $5,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00. NAICS 236220 applies-size standard is $36.5 million. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All offerors must be registered in VETBIZ at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov and under NAICS 236220 to be eligible for award.
