Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, demolition, supervision and expertise necessary for Roof Replacement. The location of this project is at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) located at 2200 Fort Roots Drive, North Little Rock, AR. The project will include: (1) general construction, fire protection, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical work, selective removal of existing construction and certain other items in accordance with plans and specifications for the project. If required, the specifications and drawings will be available as attachments once the solicitation is released in contract opportunities (Government wide point of entry) at no charge. The dollar magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS 236220 applies-size standard is $36.5 million. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All offerors must be registered in VETBIZ at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov and under NAICS 236220 to be eligible for award. You must register as Interested Vendor at the contract opportunities website for solicitation.
