The contractor shall provide all parts, labor, tools, materials, equipment, software, facilities, travel, transportation, and supervision necessary to complete all work associated with performing corrective or and preventive maintenance services on lab equipment. The contractor shall adhere to the requirements in accordance with (IAW) all terms, conditions, provisions, schedules, and specifications of this SOW, local, state, federal and VHA regulations. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents on or about Thursday September 03, 2020 which will contain the specific instructions and requirements. The solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted under NAICS code 811219, with a size standard of $22M.
