Can the period of preformance be extended? Two weeks is not enough time to get submittals processed, tower ordered, and delivered. The period of performance and solicitation date are not the same. Period of Performance will be determined after award. (Q). Please send photos of the current tower to include model and serial number so that an exact replacement can be priced. This information has been uploaded. (Q). Are email bids acceptable? Email bids are preferred. (Q). Will a payment and performance bond be required? Performance bonds are not required (Q). DDC controls need to be tied into the tower? All new equipment should be wired to handle what is currently in place. (Q). Will the tower need a new control panel or will the old one be utilized?
