The Veterans health Care System CAVHS, 4300 West 7th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas has a requirement for Uninterrupted Power Supply Battery Replacement Services. The contractor shall furnish all qualified/certified personnel, tools, materials, rigging, necessary equipment and services to include lodging, travel and meals necessary to perform the following scope of work. The scope of work for this contract will be to remove 320 old batteries and replace with 320 new batteries in three (3) separate UPS s. The contractor shall adhere to the requirements in accordance with (IAW) all terms, conditions, provisions, schedules, and specifications of this SOW, local, state, federal and VHA regulations. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents on or about Friday August 7, 2020 which will contain the specific instructions and requirements. The solicitation will be issued as Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business under NAICS code 561210, with a size standard of $41.5M. The response due date of this solicitation and the date of contract award, as well as being registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov on the date of contract award.
