SOLICITATION The South Central VA Health Care Network (VISN 16) has a requirement for preventive maintenance and repair of Steris® medical sterilization equipment at the following locations: Alexandria VA Health Care System 2495 Shreveport Highway, 71N Pineville, LA 71360 and Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks 1100 N. College Ave. Fayetteville, AR 72703 The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to complete all work associated with preventive maintenance, chamber cleaning, and repair of Steris® medical sterilization equipment, in complete and strict accordance with the resultant contract. This is a 100% Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under NAICS code 811219, with a small business size standard of $22,000,000.00. All interested parties must be registered as an SDVOSB in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov as of the date your quote is received and the date of award, as well as being registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov as of the date of award.
