VA will conduct the procurement according to a combination of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C256-20-Q-1040 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The proposed contract action is for Install Stainless Steel Pipe for the Overton Brooks VAMC (OBVAMC), located in Shreveport, LA for which the Government intends to solicit competitive quotes. Interested persons may submit quotes, and all eligible quotes must be received prior to the response date listed on FBO to be considered by the Government. This solicitation is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS.
