See attachment for specification. The intent of this Request for Information (RFI) is to establish sources in order to define the procurement strategy. Interested contractors are requested to respond in accordance with the following: 1. Please respond to this RFI if you are capable of providing the brand name products listed in the table found in the background section. In the response please cite business size status. 2. If you have an existing GSA or VA, Federal Supply Schedule contract, please include the contract details in your response. 3. Please respond to this RFI if you are capable of providing the supplies that can be determined EQUIVALENT to the products listed in the table found in the background section. Please provide details on proposed EQUIVALENT products such as Manufacturer Name, Part Number, and Description. 4. Please note that VA is particularly interested in determining the availability of Small Business Manufacturers. If your company is a small business manufacturer of similar items, please respond to this RFI. Please email all responses to stephanie.keo@va.gov.
