DEBAKEY VA MEDICAL CENTER (VAMC), HOUSTON, TEXAS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION 36C25620Q0841 BACKGROUND: The Houston VAMC has a requirement for the following brand name supplies: Jess Simple Western System with PC The MEDVAMC is conducting market research to determine the availability of sources for the possible purchase Jess Simple Western System with PC system with PC by the equipment manufacturer. The contractor shall provide All equipment identified in the deliverables schedule under of this solicitation, assembly, installation, calibration. The contractor shall Ensure correct equipment assembly in accordance with manufacturer specifications, ensure calibration of all equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications, and ensure training conducted is in compliance with manufacturer specifications. PRICING SCHEDULE Line Item Description U/I Qty Price Per Unit Total Price Delivery Schedule 0001 Jess Simple Western System with PC; includes Comprehensive training that includes hands-on training for up to 3 people conducted onsite by a ProteinSimple field applications scientist. Includes a Jess Training Kit (PST004) as well as other related chemiluminescent reagents for neither chemiluminescence or fluorescence specific training, time and travel.
