The Alexandria VA Hospital Medical Center located at 2495 Shreveport Highway 71 N, Pineville, LA 71360 has a requirement for a non-personnel services contract to provide Grounds Maintenance for the Solar Field at the Alexandria VA Health Care System. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Contractor will facilitate the following ground maintenance services and disposal to support the Alexandria VA Health Care System (AVHCS) Solar Field. Contractor will provide grounds maintenance services and disposal for Solar Fields A, B, C & D located at 2495 Shreveport Hwy, Pineville, LA 71360 (site map to be furnished by the Alexandria VAHCS). The contractor shall adhere to these requirements in accordance with (IAW) all terms, conditions, provisions, schedules, and specifications of this SOW, local, state, federal and VHA regulations. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents on or about Thursday June 04, 2020 which will contain the specific instructions and requirements. The solicitation will be issued as a 100%, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 561730, with a size standard of $8M. The response due date of this solicitation and the date of contract award, as well as being registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov on the date of contract award.
