This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2020-08 (effective 08/13/2020). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219, with a small business size standard of $22 million. This procurement is full and open competition and all eligible quoters are encouraged to submit quotes. To be eligible for award quoter must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of offers/quotes, and prior to award. If you are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), in order to receive credit as a SDVOSB or VOSB you must be verifiable in VIP (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov ) at the time of submission of offers/quotes, and prior to award. Quotes will be considered non-responsive and rejected if the Contracting Officer (CO) is not able to verify registration in the SAM.
