SOLICITATION he Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) has a requirement to systematically clean and evacuate the Operating Room HVAC ductwork at the following location: John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital 4300 W. 7th Street Little Rock, Arkansas 72205 The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to complete all work associated with systematically cleaning and evacuating the Operating Room HVAC ductwork in complete and strict accordance with the resultant contract. The expected performance period is intended to be 15 days. This is a 100% Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under NAICS code 561790, with a small business size standard of $8,000,000.00. All responsible SDVOSB’s may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All offerors must be registered as an SDVOSB in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Vendor Information Pages (VIP) (https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/) as of the date you’re your quote is received and the date of award, as well as being registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov as of the date of award.
