This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-06 (effective 05/06/2020). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 335313, with a small business size standard of $16.5 million. Small Business registration will be verified in System Award Management (SAM) and Small Business Administration (SBA). Quotes will be considered non-responsive and rejected if the Contracting Officer is not able to view publicly in all systems contractor registrations. Per VAAR 852.219-10 VA Notice of Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside, the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) portal with Data Universal Number (DUN) will be used to verify offeror is listed in the database. Contractor shall be considered non-responsive if contracting officer is not able to verify data in VIP by the close of the solicitation due date. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO)-16 in support of the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center located in Houston, Texas require the furnishing of all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, transportation/travel, factory-trained/licensed personnel, management, and supervision required to perform infrared inspection, testing, maintenance and repair service for the electrical distribution system. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract. Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW) for full requirement details. Period of Performance: 12 weeks from date of award.
