This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is being issued. The solicitation number 36C25620Q0520 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05 effective February 27, 2020. The NAICS code is 561720 and the size standard is $18.0M. This requirement is for a 100% set-aside Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and will be firm-fixed-price. Offerors may be required to provide information to demonstrate that at least 51 percent of the cost of personnel for contract performance will be spent for employees of the SDVOSB concern or of other SDVOSB concerns. The closing date for this notice is 2:00 PM CST April 27, 2020. The requirement is for the following: The contractor shall provide non-personal temporary janitorial services for the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, Biloxi, MS. Services shall be provided, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, as needed. (See Statement of Work for additional detailed information.) Contractor to provide services in accordance with terms and conditions of the contract for the period of May 1, 2020 through August 28, 2020, with the option to extend services an additional 120 days, if needed.
