The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, Houston, Texas is seeking quotes from contractor to provide Community Nursing Home (CHN) Services for the Department of Veterans Affairs G.V (Sonny) Montgomery VA Center, Jackson, Mississippi (VAMC) Lauderdale, Washington, Adams, Pike, Rankin, Hinds, Yazoo, Oktibbeha, and Forest County catchment area. Relative to NAICS code 623100, Nursing Care Facilities (Skilled Nursing Facilities) with a size standard of $30 Million. This is a multiple award (open and continuous) solicitation in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12,13,13.5, and 16.504. Effective October 26, 2018 per FAR Subpart 4.1102 (a), Offerors and quotes are required to be registered in SAM at time an offer or quotation is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirement. Note: If Offeror submits quote to the Government without a valid SAM registration, contractor may be ineligible for contract award.
