The responses to this posting will be used to establish the procurement strategy (e.g. set-aside, sole source, unrestricted) for a solicitation that VA intends to post in the near future. Please see attached document for details on how to respond. Please note that, while we are requesting responses from all capable contractors who can provide any of the services, the preference is to have one single contractor to handle the whole operation and provide all services (either as prime or through subcontractors).
