The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks (VHSO), intends to solicit proposal from contractors in the city limits of Ft. Smith, AR, to provide radiology services for its veterans being serviced at the Ft. Smith Community Based Outreach Center. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about 15 April 2020, with a closing date for proposals on or about 15 May 2020. The solicitation will be available for download from www.sambeta.gov. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide full information to contractors about the proposal submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the SAM Beta website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. The contractor shall provide, at the contractor's facility, all necessary personnel, supervision, facilities, space, equipment and supplies to provide radiology services listed in the contract for Veteran beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks (VHSO), Fayetteville, Arkansas, receiving their primary care at the Fort Smith Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), Ft. Smith, Arkansas in accordance with the performance work statement. The purpose of the solicitation will be to obtain proposals from contractors who can provide radiology services for veterans receiving care at the Ft. Smith, AR CBOC. The resulting contract will have a 3-month base term, with options for four additional one-year terms exercisable at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. The Government will use a best value source selection method and anticipates making an award of firm fixed price, indefinite delivery, and indefinite quantity contract for this requirement. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621512 and size standard is $16.5 Million, and the solicitation will be issued for Full and Open Competition (Unrestricted). All responsible sources may submit proposals which shall be considered by the Agency. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) database (information on registration requirements can be obtained by the Internet at https://www.sam.gov and submit their complete Annual Representations and Certifications (ORCA) via online at https://orca.bpn.gov at proposal due date/time.
