The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, in Fayetteville, AR is seeking potential sources capable of providing maintenance and repair services on a RComm Model PT2025 Radio Paging System (RPS) for the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) located in Little Rock and North Little Rock, Arkansas. . The proposed NAICS code for this requirement is 811213, with a small business size standard of $12.0 Million. The attached Statement of Work (DRAFT) outlines the work to be performed. In accordance with the Veterans Health Administration Procurement Manual, any solicitation for these services will include the following language: GRAY MARKET LANGUAGE Vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed medical supplies, medical equipment and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment (i.e. replacement parts), verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM, such that the OEM s warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the medical supplies, medical equipment and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. If your organization is capable of meeting the requirements of the Statement of Work, and is an authorized distributor, dealer, or retailer of this specific brand of equipment (R-Comm Systems) you may indicate your interest in providing these services by providing the following information: Business Name Point of Contact DUNS Number Capability Statement (no more than 2 pages) Documentation FROM THE MANUFACTURER confirming you are an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed medical supplies, medical equipment and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment (i.e. replacement parts).
