This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-04 (effective 1/15/2020), Commercial Checklist; VAAR Update 2008-19 (effective 10/04/19). Solicitations for the acquisition of commercial items prepared using FAR Part 12 shall be assembled, to the maximum extent practicable, using the format at FAR 12.303. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC), 2002 Holcombe Blvd. Building #100; Houston, Texas 77030. Performance Location and Hours: Michael E.
