The Contractor must furnish all management, supervision, labor, equipment, tools, supplies, parts, and related services, in accordance with the SOW and other contract documents, to include includes renovations to restrooms in the basement of VHSO building 21 (men s restroom L230-21, women s restroom L231-21). All work as described herein shall work seamlessly with current VA healthcare facility fixtures and utilities. In general, the scope includes work to complete the following: - The project consists of addressing renovation of B 21 basement restrooms L230-21, L231-21 at the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks (VHSO) in Fayetteville, Arkansas. - Period of Performance: 120 calendar days. - Any work outside normal work hours will be provided by the Contractor with no additional cost to the government. All utility outages must be coordinated and approved by the COR. Schedule job site with written authorization for date and time with COR. Scope of work includes: Contractor is responsible to verify existing and new dimensions, locations, measurements, and quantities. The work includes renovations to restrooms in the basement of VHSO building 21 (men s restroom L230-21, women s restroom L231-21). All work as described herein shall work seamlessly with current VA healthcare facility fixtures and utilities The dollar magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000 Plans, specifications, and solicitation documents will be available at no charge. The NAICS 236220 with a size standard of $36.5 Million. This procurement is a 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. . To be eligible for award the SDVOSB must be considered small under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verified in the following websites: www.ccr.gov; www.orca.bpn.gov; and www.vets100.vets.dol.gov . The government's intent in the future is to issue a solicitation toward a single contract award. This acquisition will be solicited pursuant to the Veterans' First Public Law 109-461 as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB) and/or Veteran-Own Small Business.
