This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C25620Q0119 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005- 84. The overall purpose is to provide Bulk Oxygen Services for the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System in New Orleans, LA. Offerors shall provide business name, doing business as (DBA) name, mailing address, phone number, email, DUNS number, CAGE code and proof of active SAM registration when submitting offers in response to this solicitation. When preparing offers in response to this solicitation, offerors shall refer to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items which provides specific guidance and instructions for offer submission. Offerors shall also familiarize themselves with 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items which provides the criteria for how offers will be evaluated.
