Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Announcement The Veterans HealthCare System of the Ozarks Fayetteville, AR is issuing an Open Market RFQ IAW FAR 13-106-1 for Purchase of Millennium Ophthalmic Surgical Instruments. This procurement is conducted under NAICS 339112 Surgical Instruments Manufacturing. This is a Total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. In order to qualify for this set-aside, firms must be registered in the Vendor Information Pages at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ . The Statement of work is in the RFQ attached. The technically acceptable quote with the lowest price will obtain the award. This is a Brand Name or Equal procurement. Other than brand name Millennium surgical instruments may be quoted, however, the quote must include sufficient information for the items to be evaluated against the specifications provided.
