Thi... RELOCATE MEDICAL MEDIA PRE-SOLICITATION This project involves the remodel of rooms 7E111, 7E112, 7E112A, & 7E118A on the 7th floor of John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital, Little Rock, AR. This area is to be used by the hospital s Medical Media service and is designed to accommodate a photo/video function as well as heavy electrical load for equipment. The area of work specific for this project is on the seventh floor of the E pod of JLM Memorial Veteran s Hospital and includes approximately 2,763 sqft. of unfinished space currently used as storage. This project will create a finished space to accommodate the relocation of Medical Media services. Period of performance will be 120 days. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, storage, expertise, administration, supervision and transportation as necessary to perform all work in accordance with provided construction specifications, drawings, all documents attached to this contract, all terms and conditions of this contract, and this statement of work. The NAICS Code for this project is 236220 with a size standard of $39.5M, and a dollar magnitude between $250,000 and $500,000. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All offerors must be registered in VETBIZ at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov and under NAICS 236220 to be eligible for award. You must register as Interested Vendor at the contract opportunities website for pre-solicitation. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in car To Receive Notification for amendments.
